Cooking Suggestion | Rub roast with garlic and black pepper, place in a pan on a rack with 1/4" of water in pan. Roast at 350 degree preheated oven. Use a meat thermometer and take out when thermometer reads 145 degrees for medium. (4 lbs. serves 6-8 people) |
