Fresh Italian Bracciole, Beef or Pork
Truly an authentic Italian specialty that is essential when preparing a “Homemade Sunday Sauce”. We start with thin, lean slices of pork or beef. Season with garlic, parsley, a mixture of imported cheeses and sausage meat. They are then hand rolled and tied with twine.
During Bar-B-Que Season, it is difficult for us to keep up with these little treasures. it is a trimmed skirt steak seasoned with garlic, black pepper and imported cheeses, rolled up, sliced, and put together with wood skewers. There are 2 pinwheels on a stick. (1 order is 2 sticks or 4 pinwheels)
A delicious specialty roast made with a lean boneless loin of pork which is then trimmed and butterflied open down the center. Then stuffed with garlic, black pepper, 3 imported Italian cheeses and prosciutto.
