In order to maintain our high standards, we will only ship food items via a minimum of UPS 2-day shipping for any state that is not within the 1 or 2 day Ground Shipping Zone.

This ensures that you will receive your items with the same level of freshness that we serve to customers that shop here in our Brooklyn, NY store.






PLEASE NOTE:
There is a $10.00 handling fee on every order
to ensure a FRESH delivery!

When your order is received, it is processed and packed in a specialized styrofoam cooler that is within a packing box. We include frozen ice packets with the items to ensure freshness when they arrive at your doorstep.

Your order can be placed right through the online store, or taken by phone. We then carefully pack and ship your items to you!

Please Note the following shipping procedures:

IMPORTANT!

• Orders placed before Wednesday of each week will ship that        week.

• Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week.

All orders to outside of the 1 or 2 day Ground shipping area must be shipped via 2-day Air and orders placed at the end of the week will not usually ship until the following business week. Most orders are packed within 2 days of being placed. Please call the store for information on your order status if you need additional or specific information.
