Will I be notified of when my order will arrive?
Yes, you will receive an email from UPS the day your order is shipped.
(If you have a block on your email please check your spam folder.)
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Not only will you be notified though an email, but you can always check the shipping and handling information page on our site.
That page is updated with the last order that was sent out.
Do you have a catalog?
We don't have one currently but we are working on it.
Are all your foods fully cooked?
Yes, except for the fresh sausage. That's what makes it so great.
You just order, receive, heat up, then enjoy!
Is the fresh sausage cooked?
No, that is left up to you. You can grill it, bake it, put it in a sauce.
What ever you like.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States. That includes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Ground shipping is available to states in the 1-Day and
2-Day delivery coverage zone from zip code 11234 via UPS. Other states all receive shipments via UPS 2-Day air.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. UPS is our carrier and they don't ship to P.O. boxes. So please don't put one in your shipping address. (Billing address is fine to have a P.O. box).
Can you tell me how much shipping will be on my order before I place it?
To preview shipping charges, fill your cart with items you'd like to order and proceed to begin a checkout. You will not have to complete an order to see what the shipping fees calculate to. You can see how it adds up and then either decide to order or cancel the order at that time. Bear in mind that every order does include our handling fee of $10 and is calculated by weight.
Why is shipping so expensive?
First, there is a $10 handling fee added to every order to cover the cost of the cooler, ice and dry ice packed with your items. (We recommend that you do what you can to re-use our shipping coolers.) Without these packing materials, the food will not arrive cold and fresh.
Second, we are shipping food! It HAS to arrive quickly to ensure that it is cold and fresh. If it does not arrive to you within 2 days of shipping, packed as we have it, it may not stay cold. The shipping rates are calculated by weight so naturally, the more you order, the heavier it gets and the more it will cost. We do everything we can to ensure a cold & fresh delivery and unfortunately it is not cheap to do this, but your food will taste great!
What if I put an incorrect address?
You will have to notify us BEFORE your package is shipped so that we can try to correct it before it ships. If you do not correct it and UPS cannot find the correct address you will not get the package.
NOTE: WE DO NOT GIVE CREDIT BACK ON AN ORDER FOR A NON-DELIVERY OR LATE DELIVERY DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. So please make sure it is correct or that you tell us the right one.
What if my order doesn't arrive on the day UPS says it will?
If that happens call us. We will get a credit from UPS and we can then give the credit back to you.
If I receive my package and it is damaged or spoiled what do I do?
You should call us right away so we can find out what happened, then we will work on giving you credit. (We reserve the right to not give credit to a customer who doesn't call us within 2 weeks of their order being shipped)
